Porn Tree Challenge - January 2011

merikuru; I'll be taking over for the lovely branewurms in setting up these prompt challenges for the next $timeperiod.
WARNING: This comm is anon-friendly, so viewer advisories and the like are turned off. However, you will likely find sexually explicit material here, and you may possibly find content that is disturbing or triggering in some fashion. Please turn back if you are not of age to view sexually explicit material and/or okay with the thought of maybe running across potentially disturbing things. We want the porn tree to be fun for everyone, not a horrific experience!
What we are doing here is a Prompt Tree Challenge. Any fandom is welcome, or for that matter things that aren't usually considered fandoms (historical figures, mythology, whatever you want - go for it! More power to you.) Gen and smut of any type are both welcome. Fanart is welcome, too - but if you post art, please link to it instead of posting it directly in the comments, and use appropriate warnings.
I'll go ahead and try to explain how this'll work. PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS even if you participated in previous challenges - things have changed around a little bit since, and it's been a while, so it's likely a good idea to re-familiarize yourself with the rules.
First, you leave a top-level comment naming the fandom you'd like to see people write in, both in the comment and the subject line. Example: you want someone to write fic for...oh, I don't know, how about the game Tales of the Abyss. So your comment and your subject line both say:
Tales of the Abyss
Then you reply to that comment with the name of a character from that fandom you'd like to see people write about. Let's say you want someone to write about Luke. Now it should look like this:
Tales of the Abyss
Luke fon Fabre
People who are interested in that character can then reply to that comment with one or more characters they want to pair the first character up with (in either a gen or porny context). So you might get a thread that's starting to look like this:
Tales of the Abyss
Luke fon Fabre
Guy Cecil
Tear Grants
HOWEVER - when you comment with the response character, please change the subject line of your comment to reflect the pairing you're going for (i.e. if you responded to Luke with Tear, your subject line would say Luke fon Fabre/Tear Grants or Luke/Tear.) It's a good way of helping people keep track of pairings that have already been asked for, and helping them find pairings they might be interested in reading or writing.
People who wish to leave a specific prompt at this point can leave one either for a pairing, or for a single character. For example:

Tear Grants
fonic hymns
OR:
Tales of the Abyss
Luke fon Fabre
memory
People can leave fic at any point in this tree - they can write fic for a single character, fic for any of the character pairings, or fic in response to one of the prompts. Points to remember:
* Make sure if you're responding to a pairing by itself that you leave your fic as a reply to the pairing; if you're responding to a specific prompt, leave your comment as a response to the prompt. Also remember, in the above example, if you wanted to leave a prompt for Guy or Tear by themselves, or pair them with a different character, you'd just start a new comment tree under the Tales of the Abyss heading. (See why it's a porn tree now?)
* You may leave responses to your own top-level comments if you have specific characters you want to see paired off with the character you first named. Don't be afraid to leave multiple pairings and prompts. You left a comment about Kamui Shirou from X/1999, and you want to then offer up the opportunity to pair him with Kotori Monou? Go for it. You commented with Vashyron from Resonance of Fate, and you have a hankering to see him in bed with Zephyr? Pair away. You want to leave prompts to your own characters or pairings? Feel free. We won't yell at you.
* Multiple people are allowed to respond to the same prompts. This is where the subject line thing comes in so very handy. We don't want a whole bunch of different threads all requesting the same pairing when just one will do just as well, right? Check the subject lines for your pairing, and if it's not listed, go wild. But if it's already there, please don't post it again - you can feel perfectly free to leave a prompt, though!
* Yes, you are free to request crossovers - if, say, you find a comment with Edward Elric from Full Metal Alchemist, and you want to pair him up with Lelouch from Code Geass (hey, go wild if that's your thing), just reply to the Edward comment with "Lelouch (Code Geass)".
* Please, please, please use the subject lines to clarify your pairings! It makes it so much easier on all of us, whether we're reading, writing or just keeping an eye on things.
* Please add "FIC" to the subject line if you are posting fic, so that people can easily distinguish between fic and prompts! Example: "FIC: Luke/Tear (no prompt)".
* I'm also going to ask that if you're writing porn, please add "[MA]" to the subject line for your comment fic, so that people who don't want to read smut can skip it. Ex: "[MA] FIC: Luke/Tear (no prompt)". (HOWEVER, this is a big, big forewarning to everyone: I am sure that some of us are going to forget about the porn warning on occasion, so you may well stumble across something that squicks you. If this is a truly horrible thought, you may want to skip this challenge.)
* And last of all - you may feel free to add on to another person's prompt! Like, for example, maybe you saw "clash of tempers", and you'd like to add "in bed" or "at lunchtime" or "in the shower" (hey, I don't know), just reply to the original prompt with your addition.
I'll leave a couple of prompts to start with so you get the general idea. If you're still confused, go ahead and ask questions here; I'll try to respond to them the best I can.
This challenge will run until the end of February. That gives you guys a bit over a month to get to writing, but I'll certainly extend it if there aren't many takers and/or people request me to do so. So, let the January 2011 porn tree challenge...BEGIN! *fires off noisemaker*

FIC: Rune/Chaz, shorty [MA]
“Keep moving, shorty!” the tall Esper called, and he could feel his eyebrow twitch violently. Thankfully the group had almost reached the small town of Tyler, where Raja assured them there would be an inn and blazing fires and most importantly, beds weighed down with heavy blankets.
“Bite me, you arrogant blue beanpole,” he grumbled under his breath, scowling at Rune’s cloak and taking an irrational amount of pleasure from it’s tattered state.
Rune laughed again and swooped in with a grin, wrapping his arms and the edges of his cloak around the smaller Hunter. Chaz stiffened momentarily, before realising that he was suddenly delightfully warm, far warmer than just being held would make him.
“Cheeky bastard,” he muttered, even as he tried to lean a little further back into the hold. Typical Rune... managing to be surprisingly thoughtful and an utter bastard at the same time.
“Just move your short legs before I decide to stop taking pity on you.” He huffed softly, briefly considering elbowing the smug git in the stomach, but decided he’d rather stay warm long enough to get to the inn in one piece. He could always elbow him later.
Wren had gone on ahead, being all but unaffected by the cold and able to leave a clear trail for them to follow, and had already settled the issue of rooms by the time the rest of them stumbled in out of the cold winds, snow falling from their clothes. Rika was sharing with the stoic android – despite his near lack of emotions, his protectiveness of his student was powerful – and Raja had been ‘gifted’ a room on his own. Rune shared a brief secretive smile with Chaz, squeezing his shoulder twice before heading upstairs.
He was signalling that he was both in the mood and particularly eager – two squeezes meant two minutes.
After a crash from orbit, a long and trudging walk through knee-deep snow, and having to listen to Raja’s interminable, endless puns, the thought of having his mind utterly blown was more than welcome. It was perfect.
Rune pounced him the instant the door was shut, slamming him up against the thick wood and capturing his lips in an intense, merciless kiss that took his breath away.
“Smug bastard...” he managed when the kiss was broken, trembling a little and arching into Rune’s roaming hands as he tugged desperately at the straps holding his armour on. “Gonna... pin you... one of these days...”
“In your wet dreams.” His armour fell with a series of thuds, and he was suddenly lying across one of the long, slender beds with Rune above him, hair loose, eyes bright with lust. He looked like some kind of ancient god of sex come to life, or maybe a spirit of carnal desires...
“I mean it...” he started, breaking off into an embarrassed cry when Rune simply pulled his shirt and jacket off in one wild movement, attacking his nipples with sharp tweaks and pinches. “I’m going to... to... ngh... You utter bastard...”
“I know, I know, you’re going to get the drop on me and fuck my brains out. Now stop talking and start moaning.” His hand slid into Chaz’s pants and wrapped firmly around his stiffening cock, stroking gently until he arched and keened desperately. “That’s more like it.”
Chaz whimpered breathily as Rune’s slender fingers left his groin to work on his clothes, just coherent enough to wriggle desperately out of his pants. He couldn’t keep from staring at the Esper’s clothes fell away, never tiring of watching his lean pale skin being revealed bit by bit.
“Smug git,” he moaned, trembling in anticipation as Rune’s erection sprang free of his pants, as proud and as tempting as ever.
“Lie back, shorty,” Rune said, pushing him back onto the bed and nuzzling at his neck.
“B... nnn... Beanpole!” He arched with a soft but desperate cry as Rune’s fingers trailed down his spine, a familiar thread of energy tingling through him as the wizard used a lubrication spell, his fingers becoming slick and slippery as it took hold.
“Beanpole with a beanpole,” he said with a shameless grin, slipping a couple of fingers into the young hunter before he had the chance to retort, moaning appreciatively at the way he squirmed and whimpered when his fingers curled just right.
Chaz writhed and moaned as he was opened, barely even registering when a supporting arm wrapped around his waist and pulled him up against Rune’s chest. He whimpered at a particularly nice thrust of the fingers and clung to him tightly, his breath coming in soft and needy gasps.
“Ready?” Rune murmured, and he nodded hazily. Rune wrapped his hands around his waist and pulled him up, guiding him into position and pushing in with a single sharp thrust. Chaz arched and let out a breathy scream, digging his nails into the Esper’s back needily.
They set a slow, comfortable pace, wrapped comfortably around each other, taking time to simply enjoy the first time alone they’d managed in more than a week. It seemed like the more progress they made on their quest, the less time they had for each other. Initially their relationship had been a way of seeking comfort after Alys’ passing, but it hadn’t taken long to turn into genuine affection.
Incredibly snarky affection that involved no small amount of name-calling, but affection nonetheless.
Eventually Rune pushed Chaz back onto the bed, pinning his hands over his head with one hand and stroking him firmly with the other until he wailed and thrashed with impending release.
A last particularly well-aimed thrust and stroke sent him spiralling over the edge with a wild shriek, a rush of heat and a sharp bite to the shoulder signalling Rune’s release.
The Esper collapsed across the Hunter and held him close, and Chaz buried himself in the embrace happily. He felt warm and safe like this, and he’d be damned if he was going to ruin it. Besides, he was tired, and a small yawn escaped him before he could catch it.
“Heh... get some sleepy, shorty.”
“Love you too, you arrogant bastard.”
