Porn Tree Challenge - June 2011
Sorry I'm a little late with getting this up...I'm going to be moving soon, so things are a bit busy.
But it's time for another porn tree challenge!
WARNING: This comm is anon-friendly, so viewer advisories and the like are turned off. However, you will likely find sexually explicit material here, and you may possibly find content that is disturbing or triggering in some fashion. Please turn back if you are not of age to view sexually explicit material and/or okay with the thought of maybe running across potentially disturbing things. We want the porn tree to be fun for everyone, not a horrific experience!
What we are doing here is a Prompt Tree Challenge. Any fandom is welcome, or for that matter things that aren't usually considered fandoms (historical figures, mythology, whatever you want - go for it! More power to you.) Gen and smut of any type are both welcome. Fanart is welcome, too - but if you post art, please link to it instead of posting it directly in the comments, and use appropriate warnings.
I'll go ahead and try to explain how this'll work. PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS even if you participated in previous challenges.
First, you leave a top-level comment naming the fandom you'd like to see people write in, both in the comment and the subject line. Example: you want someone to write fic for...oh, I don't know, how about the game Tales of the Abyss. So your comment and your subject line both say:
Tales of the Abyss
Then you reply to that comment with the name of a character from that fandom you'd like to see people write about. Let's say you want someone to write about Luke. Now it should look like this:
Tales of the Abyss
Luke fon Fabre
People who are interested in that character can then reply to that comment with one or more characters they want to pair the first character up with (in either a gen or porny context). So you might get a thread that's starting to look like this:

HOWEVER - when you comment with the response character, please change the subject line of your comment to reflect the pairing you're going for (i.e. if you responded to Luke with Tear, your subject line would say Luke fon Fabre/Tear Grants or Luke/Tear.) Points to remember:

Don't be afraid to leave multiple pairings and prompts. You left a comment about Kamui Shirou from X/1999, and you want to then offer up the opportunity to pair him with Kotori Monou? Go for it. You commented with Vashyron from Resonance of Fate, and you have a hankering to see him in bed with Zephyr? Pair away. You want to leave prompts to your own characters or pairings? Feel free. We won't yell at you.
* Multiple people are allowed to respond to the same prompts. This is where the subject line thing comes in so very handy. We don't want a whole bunch of different threads all requesting the same pairing when just one will do just as well, right? Check the subject lines for your pairing, and if it's not listed, go wild. But if it's already there, please don't post it again - you can feel perfectly free to leave a prompt, though!
* Yes, you are free to request crossovers - if, say, you find a comment with Edward Elric from Full Metal Alchemist, and you want to pair him up with Lelouch from Code Geass (hey, go wild if that's your thing), just reply to the Edward comment with "Lelouch (Code Geass)".
* Do not lump all the games in a single franchise or series together! It may be tempting to drop every Final Fantasy or Phantasy Star game under a single heading labeled "(series name) series", but in the interests of more easily finding a specific game without having to hunt all over hell and back through one top-level prompt, please make a separate top-level prompt for each game.
* Please, please, please use the subject lines to clarify your pairings! It makes it so much easier on all of us, whether we're reading, writing or just keeping an eye on things.
* In the spirit of the above, PLEASE only use the localized names for characters, unless you're prompting for a series that has been unreleased outside of Japan. If you think people won't recognize the character without the Japanese name, you can certainly feel free to add it in parentheses after. Example: "Jessica Philomele (Philomel Hartung)".
* And again looking at the above, if the character you're prompting for goes by a nickname that would be more easily recognized than their actual name, put that nickname in the subject line and the character's full name (then followed by nickname in parentheses, if you so choose) in the comment itself. Of course, it is totally up to you what you think would be more easily recognized.
* Please add "FIC" to the subject line if you are posting fic, (and likewise, "ART" if you're posting a link to art) so that people can easily distinguish between fic (or art) and prompts! Example: "FIC: Luke/Tear (no prompt)".
* I'm also going to ask that if you're writing or drawing porn, please add "[MA]" to the subject line for your comment, so that people who aren't here for smut can skip it. Example: "[MA] FIC: Luke/Tear (no prompt)". (HOWEVER, this is a big, big forewarning to everyone: I am sure that some of us are going to forget about the porn warning on occasion, so you may well stumble across something that squicks you. If this is a truly horrible thought, you may want to skip this challenge.)
* And last of all - you may feel free to add on to another person's prompt! Like, for example, maybe you saw "clash of tempers", and you'd like to add "in bed" or "at lunchtime" or "in the shower" (hey, I don't know), just reply to the original prompt with your addition.

(I suspect this is in the same continuity as the 'Shorty' prompt from the last tree.)
After the snow and ice of Dezolis, Motavia's heat was more than welcome, beating down onto his back and warming his muscles. Chaz couldn't resist a long stretch, a soft sigh of pleasure falling from his lips.
They were stopping over in Uzo, the sheer necessity of a rest having made itself all too clear that morning when an exhausted Rika had burst into frustrated tears over nothing. They knew the Darkness was coming, but not when or even where, and for once it was a decision that not even Rune had had a single complaint about.
"If you looked any more comfortable, it'd be obscene," Rune said with a laugh, sitting down onto the grass next to him. "If anyone else was around, I might even be tempted to be jealous."
Chaz laughed and shifted a little, stifling a small yawn as he sat up and stretched again. "You get jealous when Wren looks at me."
Rune snorted and wrapped an arm around his waist, pulling him into a tight hold and nipping teasingly at his ear. "I don't care what Rika says, he has designs on you."
A shiver travelled down his spine as Rune nipped again, a little sharper this time, and he flushed bright red as a squeak escaped him. "Rune... people will hear us..."
"Hrm." Rune smirked a little, and another shiver trailed down his spine. He was planning something, it was written on his face. "You're right... I don't want anyone else hearing you." He sketched a symbol in the air and pressed his fingers to his lips. "Seals." A tingle of energy ran across his mouth and throat, cool and gentle.
"Rune," he said, or at least tried to say. Not even a whisper came from his mouth, and his eyes went wide. That was fighting dirty! ...and utterly typical of Rune when he was in one of his Moods.
"Much better." Rune's lips attacked the curve of his neck, sucking sharply until he squirmed and panted, leaving a bright red mark behind. "Mine." It was such a simple word, but filled with utter conviction and strangely affectionate.
Chaz moaned silently, pressing an almost shy kiss to Rune's temple and squirming. His possessive moods were rare, but when they came they were intense. If anything, they were the moods he looked forward to the most, simply because of the sheer intensity of what inevitably followed.
(He was certain the sanctuary at the heart of the Esper Mansion had never been used for THAT before.)
Rune eased his shirt off and pushed him down onto the grass, concentrating for a moment until a pale blue glow surrounded his hands. When he started touching, his fingers were cool and tingling slightly with energy.
"You're adorable when you're like this," Rune said, almost conversationally, rubbing gently around his nipples until he writhed and tried to keen with pleasure. "I should try this more often."
Rune kept teasing and touching lightly, one hand keeping Chaz distracted while the other took care of what little clothes they were still wearing. The grass was soft and cool beneath them, tickling against the Hunter's back.
"Are you ready?" Chaz nodded, arching with a silent cry when Rune's suddenly-slick fingers pushed into him slowly, curling and rubbing until a wave of pleasure made him shudder with need.
"So damn cute," Rune breathed, sliding his fingers free and replacing them with something much better. He pulled Chaz up into his lap, brushing his lips across his neck affectionately as he started to rock his hips.
Chaz arched with another silent cry, shivering helplessly. Rune's hands were still tingling and seemed to be everywhere, rubbing up and down his back and along his arms, and his lips brushed across his neck and face in a constant rain of light, feathery kisses. Even for a possessive mood, he was going all out, and it was driving him completely mad.
Rune shifted a little and Chaz screamed, suddenly very thankful for the spell keeping him silent. A tingling hand closed around him and he came hard, collapsing across the Esper and panting roughly even as a rush of warmth signalled Rune's release.
They stayed there for a long time, wrapped around each other in a sated sprawl. Rune eventually reached up and caressed Chaz' lips gently, dispelling the Seals Technique.
"Possessive bastard," he managed between soft pants, a tired but very pleased smile curving his lips.
"That's because you're mine, Shorty."

It was, in retrospect, very foolish to call Rune out on the Lutz issue. The problem was, in essence, that Hahn was a scholar and historian who specialised in myths and legends of the past, and Rune's claims didn't fit any of the records or tales that he'd been able to decipher.
Rune had him pinned to the wall, hands held immovably above his head in a downright painful grip, eyes almost glowing with anger.
"You have no idea," the Esper growled, the shining silver orb of the Telepathy Ball held tight in his other hand. "Your myths and legends and theories mean nothing, NOTHING in the face of what we're facing!"
"Rune, I..." The Telepathy Ball was up against his forehead now, icy cold and buzzing unpleasantly. "I didn't mean..."
"This is what it means to be Lutz," Rune growled, and the ball opened into Hahn's mind.
A flood of images, four lives spent defending the Algo system. Four lives of loving and losing and coming entirely too close to outright failure. Four lives filled with unspeakable horrors, darkness taking hold.
Alis, fighting Lassic and Dark Force, rejecting the queenhood because the darkness was still burning through her, a hidden wound that would never heal.
Rolf, sacrificed to destroy another Dark Force and the last humans, one genocide to prevent four more, a guilt that would never fade.
Laya, a beloved student, sent away knowing nothing of the darkness that would overtake the Alisa III. Her sister too, equally as promising, and no time to warn them.
And... Chaz. If he failed, if he fell, they would all fall, and Rune hadn't even wanted to choose him. Alys had been his choice, but she was gone, dead, just another victim on top of the hundreds of thousands of dead and dying and infected...
Hahn slid to the floor, gasping for air, tears pouring down his face. The images were fading, but the pain, so much pain... it would always stay with him.
Rune's hand was in his hair, a gentle touch meant to soothe and comfort, and he couldn't stop himself from collapsing against the Esper and shaking violently.
"Now you understand," Rune said, almost to himself, and his voice was thick with guilt. "Chaz if Alys fell... and you if I do."
